A DIFFERENT LEVEL OF ATTENTION

Your space deserves someone
who notices what you notice.

The handle that’s loose. The dust along the trim. The cupboard that never stays organized. I see the details—and I care enough to put them right. My work brings hands-on know-how, thorough cleaning, and a natural sense of order together—for homes, offices, shops, and other business spaces.

MANY JOBS. ONE METICULOUS PERSON.

A space that works.
And feels right.

THE STANDARD I BRING TO YOUR SPACE

Meticulous
by nature.

Cleanliness and order aren’t an afterthought for me. They’re part of doing the job properly.

01

Notice the small things.

Look beyond the obvious task to the alignment, the edges, the finish, and the way the whole space feels.

02

Respect the space.

Work thoughtfully around your property and belongings, with attention to surfaces, materials, and your preferences.

03

Leave things in order.

Cleaning up the work area and putting things back belongs to the job, just as much as the repair itself.

DOMINIC McMANISALL IN ORDER

PERSONAL CARE. PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY.

Hello, I’m
Dominic.

I’m a hands-on problem solver with a particular eye for cleanliness, organization, and the details that make a space feel right.

I enjoy figuring out what isn’t working, fixing it carefully, and bringing order to a space. My background in hospitality, customer service, and business ownership shaped how I work: listen closely, take responsibility, and care about the whole experience.

If you’re someone who notices when a handle is crooked or a shelf is out of order, we’ll understand each other.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Before we begin.

Can I combine repairs, cleaning, and organization?

Yes. A combined reset is a good way to work through a repair and upkeep list while giving the space a thorough clean and a more practical sense of order. We’ll agree on the priorities and scope together.

How is the work priced?

Pricing depends on the tasks, the size and condition of the space, and any materials involved. Start with a description of what you need, and we’ll discuss the scope and estimate before scheduling.

What if I’m not sure where to start?

Start with the things that bother you day to day. A short list or a description of one room is enough to begin a conversation. You can attach photos when you send your email.

Do you work with businesses as well as homes?

Yes. I welcome residential and commercial projects, including offices, shops, studios, and other business spaces. Repairs, detailed cleaning, and organization can be combined around the needs of your property.

Which locations do you serve?

I’m willing to travel anywhere for the right job. Include your city, region, and country in your inquiry so we can discuss the scope, timing, and travel arrangements.
